整體體驗感一般吧，但是服務是不錯的；
上去酒店，先要到圖1的位置，把行李搬上幾個階梯，往前走一點在左手邊能看到電梯，然後電梯是共用的（看圖2）😐；還有房間的空調好像有點問題😑總是突然嗡嗡嗡嗡的響一會兒，停一下，然後又來😓
不過酒店離音樂噴泉很近很近~離青雲市場也不遠，下樓走左邊右邊都有吃的，晚上還挺熱鬧的

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！樓下就是繁華步行街，步行就能看到音樂噴泉，晚上還能逛風情港夜市。房間裏的設施設備超齊全，衞生乾淨到無可挑剔。尤其是一次性拖鞋和牙刷，舒適度拉滿！前台服務熱情又貼心，連沐浴露都透着高級感，吹風機還是大牌的，吹頭髮又快又順，交通也超便利，打車去各個景點都很近，下次還選這家！

一開始被出租車師傅放酒店後門，坐電梯時還心裏犯嘀咕不會踩雷了吧，結果到前台直接驚喜——裝修特別新穎，而且前台小姐姐態度巨熱情，一下子就把擔心打消了！
進房間更驚喜，空間超大還特乾淨，最意外的是居然配了徠芬吹風機，跟我家的一模一樣，老闆也太捨得投入了，這點真的超戳我！而且安全感拉滿，進出都要刷卡走門禁，細節做得特別到位，必須點贊！
更絕的是同一層還有電影院，關鍵是一點不吵，可惜這次行程太趕沒來得及看，下次來肯定要補上！下樓更方便，門口就是音樂噴泉和夜市，各種美食隨便選。
重點誇誇兩家吃的！樓下的盧姐炒冰味道絕了，還有前台推薦的新月螺螄粉，吃一口就愛上，也太會推薦了吧！這趟住得超滿意，已經安利給身邊朋友了！

8/28～10/1，住在810城景房，房間特別寬敞，裝修很新，床品也很舒服，空調冷氣也超級足。
位置就在五星街上，柳州沒有很大，住在這裏走路或者打車都非常方便。周邊吃的喝的超級多。樓下就有一家盧姐炒冰。
酒店5樓是跟電影院在一起，可惜當時沒有想看的電影，不然看完電影直接回房間，也是舒服。
如果有個補充建議的話，希望能有個落地鏡子，房間裏鏡子距離有點太遠，化粧不是特別方便。
特別強調10/1當天樓下發生了火災，牽連到樓上，導致酒店無法營業，我的行李也沒辦法拿走。大概過了一天後等恢復工作了，工作人員第一時間聯繫我，把我的行李寄了回來，行李箱已經拿到了。
酒店本身的質量，以及酒店解決問題的方式，將來我再次去柳州的時候，我絕對無條件會去住銀座酒店。
住酒店越來越好，生意興隆！

推薦來柳州旅行的小夥伴來入住。
地理位置極佳，就在五星街，原本擔心會不會吵，但完全沒有，非常安靜什麼都聽不見的狀態。
環境：房間是新裝修，沒有任何異味，設計也是乾濕分離，兩人入住，也不影響衞生間使用。
服務：非常感謝小姐姐幫忙早入住，晚退房。還免費升級了帶窗的房間。
如果非要挑剔，那麼就是感覺中央空調的出風口有點點吹在躺着時候的頭，但影響不大。
這個價格能有這個品質，真的很超乎想象。下次來還會選擇這裏。

位置很好，在五星街附近，隔一條街就到江邊，去馬鞍山公園也不遠。酒店很新，床品和一次性用品這些可以對標四鑽酒店。缺點是和電影院開在一起，還要收100塊的按金，印象裏現在衹有那些小招待所還在收按金，扣半顆星。
