看着網上評分很高就訂了，但是洗漱用品盒拉開是這個樣子的，打電話請前台重新送的，房間還有裝修的味道，衞生間馬桶沒有水，大半夜的也懶得折騰了，餐廳早餐也很一般，不知道怎麼評分這麼高

一個人來柳州玩，訂了這家酒店，地理位置很優越去哪都很方便，原以為這麼便宜的價格酒店應該不咋地的，結果很出乎意料，酒店是新裝修過，裝修風格很温馨，房間非常乾淨整潔，酒店工作人員服務態度都很好！！下次來柳州還是會繼續選擇該酒店👍

房間非常大，乾淨衞生，位置也不錯！早餐有柳州特色螺絲粉，品種比較齊全，衹是下午4點到酒店房間還未打掃出來，講前面客人二三點才退房，這種管理方式有待加強！其他的都很滿意…
