The hotel is well managed and looks clean and hygienic. There are relatively few types of breakfast, so if you wake up late, you won’t have to eat it. No extra bed. The room is suitable for bringing a child. If there are more, you need to book more rooms.

酒店在環城東路上，位置來説比較偏，打車到市中心大概20多塊，自駕車可以停酒店門口，不過車位不算多，酒店裝修感覺還是挺新的，有電動窗簾，網絡也很快，有數字電視，但是我們那間床頭兩邊的插座沒有電，跟前台反映後給出的答覆居然是要我們自己去借充電寶，最後因為滿房了不能換房，給了一個插排勉強用，服務很不專業，衞生方面進門發現上一波客人留下的頭髮沒清理乾淨，衞生間漏水，除此之外沒有太大問題，對了建議選不含早的房間，因為餐廳根本沒人管理，從後門隨便進，但是也沒什麼好吃的，煮粉都要自己動手煮，可能服務員放假了還沒回來吧

酒店的藍牙音箱'yyds愛了愛了，衞生乾淨，環境好，服務好，我們是帶小孩自駕遊的酒店停車也方便，很滿意，晚上去市裡玩的朋友建議打車哦，比較方便。下次來柳州還選擇這家 哈哈哈

本來就是當個普普通通的酒店住，也沒抱太大期待，被前台的服務態度給不滿意到了
一開始看評價説前台直呼名字還覺得有點奇怪 ok fine到我入住了 前台沒名字沒稱呼沒問候詞 甚至連個您好都沒有 全程祈使句 行吧 不想住尾房下來換房 從上樓到下樓全程不到五分鐘 人家第一句話是有沒有動過房間裏面的東西 ……………怎麼著一個mini吧都沒有的酒店我能拿什麼？驚訝地重複反問尾房再冷硬地問那你想住哪 不會説話就別幹服務業了吧
勸貴酒店真的加強從業人員素質培養 不會教的話隨便去其他家酒店學學呢
至於什麼窗口關不嚴隔音不好自動窗簾按鍵沒反應等問題真就小巫見大巫了 懶得提衹是因為懶得受氣
