酒店位置還不錯，也不偏。對面那條路走進去好幾個網紅店，都還挺好吃！晚上睡覺相對來説比較安靜。入住辦理的也很快，工作人員都很熱情～尤其是大堂的陳姐服務態度特別好！！ 浴室乾濕分離，有淋浴也有浴缸。房間設施較齊全。酒店送的下午茶也還不錯～ 整體好評，下次去柳州會再次訂的那種。

環境：很乾凈衞生，房間裏沒有看到遺落的頭髮 服務：一進酒店就有穿着紅馬甲的姐姐遞涼茶熱毛巾，退房那天大堂的陳姐幫我們把行李搬上了出租車，進酒店那天也是陳姐接待的，酒店要給陳姐獎勵大雞腿 設施：酒店九樓有自助洗衣房，對出差人士很友好，此外酒店還有每天有兩件免費幫洗服務 酒店對面有挺多好吃的，小七螺螄粉的螺肉拌粉、阿四螺螄粉的湯螺螄粉，還有一些其他本地人常光顧的店都挺好吃的！對面還有可以租電瓶車的店，超級方便！洗頭可以去對面小區的茶麩·淘米水洗頭店，阿姨很健談，洗的也很舒服。 酒店工作人員大部分都是女性，給人一種很安心的感覺！下次來柳州還住這！

酒店環境還是不錯的，很乾凈，酒店接待的姐姐們也很熱情，一進門會主動遞茶水，熱毛巾，房間還準備了水果，咖啡☕，很舒心的感覺。姐姐們都是人美心善呢，工作態度認真負責，老闆可以加🍗了，嘻嘻～大堂程姐很nice喔❤️。ps：價格要是便宜一點點就更完美了😄
