Front desk was friendly and attentive. The room was larger than I expected and almost felt like a suite. The bed was comfortable and large and the bathroom facilities were clean and all functioning well. One small problem was the lack any electrical outlets near the bed, so I had to unplug the lamp to be able to charge my computer and phone. This was not a big deal but something that could perhaps be changed to make things a bit easier. Overall it was a great value for the price and it was located right near the main walking streets, so I would definitely recommend this hotel!

第一次來柳州旅遊，大堂工作人員態度都非常好，保潔阿姨也很熱情，選的是智能房，可能是剛裝修好的，還是很新的，小度可以操控整個房間。
平台上顯示17點之後才能入住，前台小姐姐説衹要有空房都可以提前入住，整體還是很不錯的，雖然柳州沒啥玩的，但是柳州人民的服務都挺好。

酒店大堂很大，房間環境也很不錯，睡着挺舒服，應該是柳州比較好的酒店了，推薦！！！！
