從老家回深路上要住一晚，想着螺螄粉的大名就選了柳州，在攜程上看到這家酒店評分不錯，就來試試，導航還鬧了烏龍，紫荊花酒店一共有四家，我訂的柳州紫荊花結果導航給我帶到宜家紫荊花了，還好退房重新訂都很快，一分鐘就搞定！這裏要給好評！宜家紫荊花酒店前台小姐姐態度很好，不僅免費幫我們升級了房型還免費贈送了早餐，還推薦了當地好吃的螺螄粉店給我們，房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，床單被罩乾爽舒服，床墊也還不錯，而且酒店位置也很好，去附近好吃的地方都不遠，推薦哦！ 太晚很累沒拍照，所以沒圖。

對攜程客户有抵觸，到店比攜程定便宜，攜程過去，沒有優惠，房間黴味大，要求換房間，多次溝通才得以更換，同事，服務員抱怨態度明顯，非標不愉快體驗，外表漂亮，裏面一塌糊塗的酒店，不建議入住

1.早餐:非常地道的美食，品種豐富，有咖啡、牛奶、豆漿、鮮榨果汁等，特別有那好吃叫不上名字的餃子，早餐很贊👍🏻；
2.酒店床品很舒服，睡起來非常入眠，乾淨。。還有特色引導宣傳單。
3.酒店的洗衣設施很齊全，有兩台洗衣機和烘乾機，對出行換洗真的做到方便。
