前幾年來過就印象很好，這次臨時決定來柳州走走就依然訂了這家，下單就有專門電話打過來詢問需求，到店後有自助的茶水和小吃，前台小姑娘笑眯眯的接待並幫忙延時退房，nice，並且親自送上本地攻略，很客氣啦。房間相當好，需要的都有的，還幫忙免費洗衣烘乾，服務熱情周到。住不夠啊，下次再來。我愛柳州，晴雨都美～～酒店硬件配置都不錯雖然幾年過去但維護得可以，最關鍵酒店的服務真的是好。

是一次不錯的體驗哦！還有中葯泡腳特別的舒服，白天逛累了，泡泡腳特別舒服。最最最主要的是這個店有免費的洗衣烘乾，而且是24小時的，真是特別的貼心。房間空間也大，服務也特別好，沒想到是真的很不錯，沒有失望，特別特別滿意👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻前台還有花茶、小吃、瓶裝礦泉水等等，反正體驗特別棒，值得推薦

這個價格住到這樣的酒店還是很驚喜的，房間很乾凈，衞生各方面挺不錯的，房間也很寬敞明亮，台小姐姐們很友善，服務很好，而且走個十分鐘就到夜市了，也吃了當地正宗的螺獅粉，確實味道不錯，柳州真的物價很感人，很舒服的一個城市，極力推薦大家入住！！

酒店地理位置不錯，酒店有洗衣烘乾服務很方便，設施方便，附近有很熱鬧的商圈夜市也在附近，出行也很方便而且有停車場，停車便利還有提供洗車服務工作人員都很熱情。房間整體滿意，住的很舒服，前台服務態度很好好評

位置優越，曹妹螺螄粉就距離幾百米。房間面積還可以，入住時加了管家微信。可以洗衣烘乾很方便，不用擔心這幾天陰雨天氣衣服不幹，補差價換了影院房，電視很大很清晰看電影很安逸，酒店還自己配有騰訊的會員可以使用，很贊

過年來遊柳州，位置挺便利，來前特地問過酒店是不是有電動車出租 去酒店附近的螺螄粉店電動車幾分鐘就能到。酒店內部環境很好，衞生乾淨，服務人員們都非常友善。以內部環境和服務而言，體驗非常好，大堂有熱茶提供，也有旅遊諮詢服務，總體感覺非常棒！

這是我春節行程的第一站，一進酒店有温熱的羅漢果茶喝，還有小零食，還有的瓶裝礦泉水按需拿取，真的很貼心！入住時候態度特別好，給人賓至如歸之感，給小孩送了小童牙具，大堂還有積木桌和木馬，房間現代簡約裝修風格，面積不小，燈光、窗簾。床鋪舒適，床墊軟硬合適，床墊高矮恰當。酒店經營者很用心，服務上乘。
