Coralli Seaside Resort

The good: beautiful beach, comfortable beach loungers, excellent masseuse, nice bartenders. easy walk to the port. The bad: for some unknown, ridiculous reason, the waiters refuse to serve you atp the pool but insist on serving you at the beach (which makes no sense as the bar is an equal distance to both), the door lock to our room was difficult to open, the room had a septic smell from the bathroom toilet, and the dealbreaker was the bed (it was a very uncomfortable spring mattress so we ended up renting a second room at Nautilus for the comfortable bed while we used the pool and beach at Coralli during the day). I am hopeful for a Serifos hotel in the future that has everything all in one.

We stayed for 8 nights here B and B. Bed comfy and good shower and cleaners in every day. Lovely location with beautiful beach a stones throw away with free sun beds. Now the bad bit …… breakfast is not a nice experience. Each morning you are asked to choose from a clip board what you would like for breakfast, omelette or scrambled eggs , then you have a choice of two toasties , a croissant and cheap Greek yogurt with tin fruit. You are given a buzzer and when summoned you collect your breakfast from the counter and this continued for 8 days. One of our party asked for toast instead of a toastie and was told it would be an extra 3 euros. Also beach bar very expensive ( one mojito and a Greek beer 18.5 euros ) so avoided the rest of time. We loved the location but breakfast is not a nice experience.

Great location, 10 mins from the harbour. A shuttle bus conviently helps take you to the hotel. Direct access to the beach, a great pool (walk in to 3m depth), cool beach bar providing lunch, drinks and snacks. We stayed in 2 x 3 person bungalows, very good shower, a/c, fridge etc. A great breakfast available too. All hotel staff are really nice, all seem happy. Short 10 min walk into the harbour, lots of restaurants to pick from. Supermarkets, bakery, bars available. Bus took you to the hill top village, Chora every hour. Nice restaurants up there too, €2 per person on the bus. Great value for money

Very helpful owner so we hired a car easily and it was easy to have groceries delivered for our arrival. A lovely refurbished room with a nice terrace and a coffee machine. Collected and returned to port as arranged. Very friendly helpful staff on desk including owner’s son , Irene and Katrina and all staff in the bar and restaurant . Comfy sun loungers on beach and around pool. However I had chosen the hotel for its photos on website of its handrails to enter the pool . These were not in place and so I could not use the pool! So very very disappointed as I have arthritis and accessing the sea on the beach requires considerable balance . We swam in the sea as husband was at hand . Otherwise a lovely spot ! We thought the breakfast was good as we also stayed at eight hotels during our month’s holiday so could compare.

Rooms very small, much smaller than the listing described when booking and had a foul smell from the toilet. Breakfast was very poor. The beach bar was nice but that’s about all. You could visit that without staying at the hotel. Really not worth the money, have stayed at hotels on bigger islands with much better hotels for similar price. Would not stay here again.

Gorgeous beachfront camping w beautiful trees, pool and people. We had an amazing time and great location close to town but with your own perfect beach. Stunning cute island w the right amt of cute cafes etc and them wild beaches. Minimal tourism which was great!

We returned, 5 years later to the bungalows, this time in the second week of september. Quite a difference. We enjoyed this bungalow more, facing the ocean and a nice patio area looking over the grounds. The big change was that last time the campground was full and this time very few tenters. So, quiet, peaceful, no problems snagging a beach chair etc. The shuttle worked well both ways for us and this time we used the shortcut at the end of the beach, over the hump by the cemetery and down to the pier/market. You get a 7% discount at the market. Don't know why we didn't know this last time. Also, before we would go to the harbour for dinner, not knowing about the Vasillia bar and Alexandros restaurants down the beach (further than we'd gone before, but not far).We had a magic last night there with live music (last of the year) and many locals participating in traditional dancing. Fun. The 'shortcut' goes right to the bus stop for the Chora bus - so very convenient. It was very windy when we were there but sunny and warm. We also took the trail at the other end of the beach, turning right and up the path at beach end that gives good views back on the resort and also takes you down to a smaller, pebbly beach. Very pleasant and nice without the crowds!

Firstly, me and my friend booked a place with shadow to stay , but after 6-7 in the morning we had to wake up ,because the sun hit on our tent. Secondly, the bathrooms were 24 hours dirty. Thirdly, the camping rules said that from 12 am until 8am had to be quite. But during this time there were guys who played music, did ***** or spoke loudly, while other people were trying to sleep or to chill. We spoke to reception and they told us that the can't do anything. At the advantages is that every tent has its own power. There is also a good restaurant, which you can find value for money dishes.
