First, the staff, three people, I dealt with were responsive enough. The wifi was okay and so was the heater. One room had hard floor and one carpet. The TV was okay. The first had bugs but I did not see any in the second one. It was fairly quiet and definitely convenient to the freeway and to Livermore. One clerk brought me a TV remote (mine had no batteries) and took care of the weird wormlike creature that I think came out the wall in the bathroom by the tub. (There were some outside too. They are not earthworms.) I went to bed (using my own bedding) and saw something moving toward the pillow. Earwig. I contacted the clerk again. Different one this time. I took the photo down to the office. Before I got there two men came out of the dark parking lot and started a conversation, probably panhandling but in a very dim area. I told them not to approach me and they did turn around. I went to the office and told the clerk I really was unsettled about trying to sleep there and would prefer to drive three hours home in the middle of the night. He said he could not refund my payment. $76 for this aggravation. So I did take another room upstairs. I took all my things to my car but my pillow and blanket to avoid bringing creatures home. When I went to get the new key the two men walked by the office and I pointed them out as the ones who approached me. The clerk was kind enough to stay outside until I got into my new room. I did not sleep much. Left fairly early. The clerk there at that time confirmed she could not offer a refund. She was very helpful. This is a shabby property. There are a few cosmetic upgrades but I think they need to address infrastructure issues. They need to replace missing bulbs in the outdoor lighting. I was concerned about other bugs but was assured the property is sprayed regularly. The owner is apparently not local. There is also regular police surveillance. Peeling wallpaper, banged up furniture, lamp askew. In first room the TV and an overhead light were on a switched circuit. I took out the bulb so I could watch TV without having the light on. I try to stay under $100 a night. Hard to do any more. I am 72, cancer survivor so far, female, on social security. I don't expect the Ritz Carlton. But I did not feel secure at this property. I would not recommend it to a friend.

Hampton Inn Livermore-East Bay
4.4/5104 Reviews
Book here because it is convenient to go to Yosemite. Unexpectedly, the hotel is very pleasant and quiet. It is owned by the Hilton Hotel, with a gym and self-service laundry, representing the characteristics of the American Country Hotel. Breakfast is average, American breakfast is almost the same. There are outlets not far away, there is also a dining area, there are many choices, there is a Dahua supermarket, choose more, good value for money. Choose here, shopping and accommodation are all done.

Extended Stay America Suites - Livermore - Airway Blvd

The hotel is in a good environment. It is a steakhouse. When you go out, you can smell the smell of cigarettes. Of course, this restaurant is very delicious. Going out to the left and passing through the trash can can be copied. Quiet, tree-lined, with plenty of parking. It is very close to the Outlets and can be reached by car. Around the restaurant, 7-11 are more convenient. The room is generally relatively clean, and there is a stove, if you have the ingredients to prepare the pot, you can cook. Breakfast is fine, it is not called breakfast, almost equal to no. The front desk was very warm and very polite. Overall, let's make it.

First i must say i had to pick my jaw up from being in awe for too long! Mz. Lauri the assist manager is the creater next to the word efficient and has a picture of her when u look up customer service. I arrived late she had everything ready to go the room location, view, and extras were all met. When i did an extended stay she read my mind and gave me a reservation. Traveling with my family is already a blessing and a chore but this quality inn made it more of a blessing. I am a very busy person but i felt compelled to leave this review for this wonderful establishment and thier team. The room was very clean including the bathroom is spacious and they provide adaquate work station support. Come on by if your in the area, please try this customer service it will leave u feeling refreshed and happy. Thank you
Motel 6-Livermore, CA

Motel 6 Livermore is not advised. Guests are treated badly at the front desk and motel manager does not speak nor understand English well. Motel rooms had cockroaches. A/C was marginal at best (was an inadequate ceiling system that did not put out much air flow). Other guests staying at motel seemed out of sorts; could smell **** more than once when exiting my first floor room. Yes is legal in California but NO should not have to smell it at the door to my room! Motel manager made a $30 dollar error on our actual bill vs the reservation amount. When I called the motel (the next week), to request the error be refunded, the manager never called back. After 4-attempts to contact the franchise motel manager, I ended up having to spend an hour discussing with motel 6 corporate to get the error fixed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL.

Wendy was nothing but helpful and had a great attitude. If I were to visit any more hotels in the future I hope I have the same experience I had with her. She made sure to let us know everything we could use around the hotel and was of great service.
