The room is very small, there aren’t even spaces to put our luggage and things. hangers in the room is insufficient. plus, the toilet is not very user-friendly, there is no rack to put our toiletries and amenities for bathing. Also, we want to point out that the design of the bathroom is very embarrassing, there is a hole to peek inside the bathroom and the door is transparent. If you are travelling with your friends, you may inevitably see them showering or going toilet. Also, some stain is found on the tissue paper and i got skin allergy after lying on the blankets they provided, cleanliness of the room is highly concerned.

Good location, friendly staff. Good tv with lots of channels. My bag storage was free. Overall, again a great stay!

The service was great and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and great location.

Room is cosy although small but really nice! We even got an upgrade. We booked a room without window and they have upgraded it to room overlooking of the streets. Always been loyal Easy Hotels around the UK. Thanks for making this trip possible

Great locational very helpful staff

very basic room, no in-room hairdryer or small towels. Nice staff. not worth staying too long, a bit expensive due to the inflation caused by the matchday but decent location.

Good hotel.The room wasn’t massively clean but staff were lovely and room was nice enough!

This was my third time staying in this hotel. TV Remote control was missing (quickly sorted) shower gel container was empty (fortunately I had some left over from a previous trave) and heating was broken (thank god I always pack a 2.5tog duvet with me) and it was FREEZING during the night but do you know what? I would still return again and again. Location is unmatched, cosy bedside lighting is ace and service is always awesome

Just as described else where. Clean tidy great location. Just what i needed. Nothing fancy but does the job.

Suitable for solo travelers, who just wanna stay in a comfortable room.

Excellent for an overnight stay. My only slightly negative comments are an over complicated TV remote & no cup/glass in the room or bathroom. Otherwise it was good, clean and functional.

It’s our second time to choose this economical hotel.  It is a cost effective option and the location is very convenient enough that made us access to Liverpool city centre very easily.  Just a few steps.

You get what you pay for. Had a room without a window, which was a mistake as it was very hot.
