The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite. The environment was very comfortable and close to attractions. They even have outdoor tables and chairs where you can enjoy drinks like beer in the sun. The room facilities were quite complete, and there was air conditioning.

The location is good, very close to the FlixBus station. However, I was assigned a room on the first floor. There was no desk in the room, and the soundproofing was poor. I didn't get a good night's sleep.

Location is good for exploring. Good breakfast. Staff could have been a little bit more welcoming. Actual room was horrible, very strong drain smell, which got wafted through the room when the fan heater kicked in every 10/15mins, couldn’t decide where smell was coming from, bathroom did smell drainy, fan in bathroom didn’t work,but also smelt around headboards of main bed, as it was a family room our son was on a chair bed right next to the curtains, he was coughing a fair bit during the night (teenager) & on inspection could see why when I looked at the curtains, mouldy. Room really needs a makeover.

Location is great. It’s across the road from the Albert docks. 1 minute’s walk. 🚶 Breakfast is great. Staff are efficient and helpful and check in was rapid. We had a great time. The rooms are clean but grotty, they feel like too many stag or hen dos have been through the hotel. This is not the staffs fault, the shared space is lovely and has a good vibe. The rooms do have a working tv and great internet but are below standard to what I had expected of Ibis. 🛜

The hotel is directly opposite the entrance to Albert Dock, with shopping centers just a 5-minute walk away. Matthew Street, where The Beatles performed, is only a 12-minute walk. The room includes a kettle, tea, and coffee, and the bathroom is stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There's also a bar where you can sit outside and enjoy views of the wheel and the river. For value for money, it's a perfect 10.

Very dated hotel the bathroom was awful pleased it was only one night couldn’t have stayed any longer.

Excellent location within a 5 minute walk to the city centre and all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Bedrooms very comfortable with openable windows which was a bonus. Breakfast was plentiful although I was disappointed to find streaky not back bacon was on offer. There is a Tesco Express about a 2 minute walk for essentials and snacks etc. Not forgetting the historic Baltic Fleet pub within 3-4 minutes walk, an absolute must see and experience.

Hi, recently found trip.com and have been using quite a lot in the last few weeks and had been very impressed. However our rent experience not so. We booked hotel and train through Trip.com to Liverpool for our 27th Wedding Anniversary. Arrived at Ibis Hotel at Albert Docks booking ref **************** and was told the booking had been cancelled!! We had tried to move booking a day forward but was instructed that no response was received so the date we booked still stood and there was no cancellation allowed. Eventually after a long wait they found us at room. However booking was for a Family Room in a quiet room and have end up was a standard double next to corridor entry door which is very noisy especially as it adjacent to building work which is also noisy!! The room itself no desk as it’s been removed for near window so having to use kettle next to bedside which isn’t safe ! No hair drier in room, no iron in room. Not a great experience for our Anniversary.

The place needs a lot of TLC in the food area all tables were dirty with glasses & food left on them the table I used to have our rinks at I cleaned myself I had two nights booked only stayed the one as we got in late at night I wouldn’t recommend it
