Adelphi hotel

Icon building with a rich history that in places could do with a refresh and clean up. Our room, which was very large, would benefit from plug sockets next to the bed. The fan was greatly appreciated as the weather was very warm. Staff were friendly and helpfully.

The location is great and very near to the bus stop. It is so convenient to get around, and visit the tourist attraction

I stayed for one night at Adelphi Hotel. The room was spacious enough for me. The staff were very friendly and they provided a good service to help me choose a better room of my liking. The room was well kept and clean, but the windows seem to have broken glass, which I think the hotel should have repaired before letting me check in to the room. The bathroom also was good. Had good amenities and there was some issue with water supply for hot water, which I discussed with staff during checkout. The lobby area is so beautiful while you wait to get check in the room.

Not bad but it could do with aircon in the room (as it gets hot and humid in the middle of the night).

I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.

Was alright. Good value for money if you book in advance

Stunning hotel with spacious rooms , 2 great bars and central.locatiin.. Fantastic rate also. Would not stay anywhere else in Liverpool

Excellent value for 2 nights stay...just a bit noisy due to old windows and facing main road deliveries.
