Titanic Hotel Liverpool

This is a uniquely beautiful hotel in a historical building. The rooms are lovely with a huge shower and bath. The staff at check-in were super friendly and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. However, be wary of the bar. The serving staff were inattentive. We asked to see a menu and the waiter walked past us for a second time as though he had never seen us before. Drinks took a long time to arrive. We also had to request slippers twice from reception to successfully receive them. Overall, lovely hotel but the majority of the staff could do with extra training, especially the bar staff.

Excellent hotel and spa, would definitely return in the near future. Great location and great staff. The customer service was top tier.

The spa was the best we’ve ever been too , bath was lovely and deep , hotel room was spotless , lovely coffee in room , staff were great , especially the lady on reception didn’t catch her name but you could tell she was happy in her job , it was like checking into Disneyland she was that happy , Would definitely stay again :)

Huge rooms, nice amenities, beautiful hotel…location is a bit out. Need Uber to get around.

The luxurious room provided a comfortable and elegant space to relax and enjoy my stay. What's more, the hotel's spa is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever visited. The attention to detail and quality of treatments were second to none. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the water and offering a glimpse of the hotel's beautiful luxury apartments. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for any occasion, as it offers an unparalleled experience that goes above and beyond expectations.

It's a fabulous hotel and we've stayed many times but this time, in the cold weather, the hotel bar was so cold you had to wear a duvet coat and the bedroom was also very chilly. It wasn't just us , many guests were affected. I just felt the hotel lacked concern. They could have hired an industrial heater to keep the bar warm (the air curtain over the lobby doors seemed to have failed) but there was a complete lack of action. The poor receptionists were very cold and were using muffs to keep their hands warm. You'd think they'd give out free hot drinks or some kind of reward for the inconvenience but no, arrogance prevailed and the guests had to make the best of it. Not what you expect in a 4 Star hotel. I hope the management listen to these criticisms and apologise to all their guests that were staying . Come on Titanic, you can do better than this. I'll be back in 3 weeks to check, so fingers crossed.

I had l lovely stay with my daughter, we were delighted to be upgraded to a HUGE room, and we had a lovely spa morning together too. It was a bit further out of the city than I expected but just a short uber ride. Breakfast was lovely too! Highly recommend for a spa getaway.

Great location and a really stylish, upmarket hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the room being far too hot – air con didn’t really work despite the manager trying to help. Gym is fine but fairly average.
