Not a whole lot to enjoy about the stay. The hotel is understaffed and it shows. The poor Mgr not only was working in the laundry room but trying to monitor the front desk and most other needed responsibilities. I do have to say she was very kind and responsive to her responsibilities regardless of the problems. Not only was she on duty in the afternoon hours but was busy making "breakfast" for everyone the next mid morning. The actual room was so so. The door did not even fit and a large gap was showing on the bottom 1/3 to the hallway outside. The hair dryer was not existent and she provided one to use. She was nice and prompt in helping get the TV system up and running. Also the room type we had reserved was not available and instead of upgrading to another type we had to pay extra for that service. Other hotel chains always did it for free when that happened. Anyway. it was a mediocre stay at best.

Every thing was good but the break fast is not good

Clean room. Instead of 2 full sized shower towels, only 1 was provided with extra mid sized towels. Laundry was a hit and miss. Only washer was working and dryer was out of order. Breakfast was sustainable with coffee and waffle. The juice machine was out of order. Most important of all, the service counter staff was accommodating and service oriented.

Hygiene is OK! But there is no breakfast
