Li Yang GRAND METRO PARK Hot Spring Hotel

It was originally a happy journey. The hotel is okay but the chess and card room is really terrible. You will be charged for the chess and card room when you enter, and the snacks given are expired food. I really don’t know how your hotel is managed. It’s wonderful. The mood is extremely bad!

Environment: The lobby is small, old, and dark, giving people a bad feeling. There is not much surrounding environment, the room looks like a parking lot. Facilities: It's dark when you enter the room, even when the lights are turned on, there are many marks on the washbasin that cannot be wiped off because it is old, and the edges of the basin are moldy. Hygiene: The pillowcase is so damaged that I don’t even change it, and all the frames are covered with double eyelid stickers. This hotel is actually rated as a Five Diamond by Ctrip. I'm really impressed. . It’s very unscrupulous to charge five-star prices for a hotel that’s not as good as three-stars.

I really don’t understand how this five-star hotel was rated? The door lock of the room was out of power and I didn't even know how to change it. I called the maintenance man to come over and told us to leave the door open until he finished smoking! The walls of the hotel were peeling off so badly that I was afraid that the walls would fall off my head when I walked by! Let’s talk about breakfast. Isn’t the standard breakfast in this five-star hotel so low? It’s just the same as the food in a three-star hotel. It’s unpalatable and the quality is extremely poor! After looking for a seat for a long time, we finally found the innermost table and didn’t even turn on the lights. We were disappointed. Do you eat with your eyes closed? Simply! I will never step into this hotel again!

This has nothing to do with Metroparks. It is simply dirty and messy. The floor drain is still blocked and the bathroom is filled with water. There are blood stains on the sheets. The carpet can break through the smog. There is a very thick layer of ash on the balcony. The soundproofing of the room is poor.
