Convenient location near Bangor. Doesn’t have everything you would expect from the chain but it is very close to Starbucks Gregg’s etc. also lookout for the resident peacocks - highlight of the stay.

Staff friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Room was clean and warm. Bed comfortable.

Great room size, great location with Asda, subway, Greggs and Burger King next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here is you are going to zipworld. Would stay here again!

No bus around the area, better come with a car or be good at walking, we ordered a family room for two people which is more than enough and quite comfortable, the bathroom and facilities are nice and clean, beautiful scenery is right out side, with burger king, Starbucks, subway and a supermarket right next to the hotel, can’t go starving if you’re not picky

The room is good, but the location is far away and taxis are not available

I had a pleasant, trouble-free stay here mid-week last December. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and pleasant - when I asked for the number of a local taxi firm they gave me a handy information sheet with details of taxis, places to eat and everything else I'd need for my stay. The room was comfortable and warm, and I enjoyed a quiet stay at the Travelodge.

Clean, warm and quiet rooms, plenty of parking spaces, friendly helpful staff,no complaints and happy to recommend, very reasonable price.

Bangor Hotel is one we have stayed in a few times over the past 10years, This hotel is now showing its age, its desperate for a full refurbishment .The service area is similar in that it's desperate for a refurbishment (careful of the potholes and flooding when it gets heavy rain) Staff are friendly and the room we had was clean despite the wear and tear. Great base to explore the beautiful area of North wales.

We stayed for one night whilst using the Dublin Ferry. Hotel was easy to find. Room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist very friendly and efficient. Facilities nearby for dining. Will be booking to stay again soon.

Good location, next to Asda and burger king which is convenient if you want to eat chili cheese bites in the morning after you wake up. The rooms are good sized and we got extra pillows, a hair dryer and an iron board with an iron. We were able to get 2 rooms next to each other and extend our stay with ease.

Absolute dump, hasn’t had a ‘new design’ in years. You could say a fresh coat of paint but it is noticeably a different colour to the 6/7 other colours of paint patching the old walls. Filthy carpet. Dirty shower. Non sound proof or light proof doors
