A lovely property situated just off the main road, so excellent driving accessibility. Parking is plentiful, there's a nice spacious front garden with a bird feeder, so you can get to watch the birds every morning. - I would expect this to be a nice place to sit outside in during the summer months, with nice weather. Owners/staff there were both lovely and very accommodating, kept us well supplied with alcohol and a well organised morning breakfast. Alcohol options are well priced - the cocktail mix in particular was excellent! Breakfast options are varied, and I was a particular fan of the omelette options. I thought the value overall was fair and reasonable. I went for the deluxe room, and I recommend it, as you get a lovely bath (of generous size for couples to get in together,) and a large bed - essential if you're anywhere near 6ft tall! The bed was fantastic, very comfortable and with superb pillows, I had two perfect nights of sleep here, which was essential for me as I was visiting the area to do an Athletics fitness test. Should I have need to travel back to Newtown in the future, this is definitely going to be my choice of accommodation, as it is quite frankly faultless. I fully recommend it to everyone.
