The hotel provides excellent service from its friendly staff. Suite was clean and comfortable and food served in Carrossa restaurant was of high standard. All requests were dealt with efficiently and timely. The hotel is set in a natural landscape with excellent views to the east of the island We have thoroughly enjoyed this short visit and will certainly visit again on our next trip to Mallorca

Location & Amenities The resort is nestled in an idyllic, very quiet area that ensures complete relaxation away from any hustle and bustle. One of the absolute standouts of the property is the beautiful view visible from almost every vantage point. In terms of amenities, the resort boasts a fantastic swimming pool area. The pool is exceptionally spacious, and surrounded by comfortable lounging chairs, making it an excellent spot to unwind under the sun. Room Experience I thoroughly liked the room during my stay. It was clean, spacious, and designed with comfort in mind. The space featured windows that opened up to the same gorgeous scenic view, allowing me to enjoy peaceful mornings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every single evening. Service & Staff The service I experienced throughout my 5-day stay was outstanding. The resort features a wonderful staff who are attentive, polite, and always eager to help. From the smooth check-in process to the prompt Bar and restaurant service, the team truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. Dining & Food The culinary experience at the resort deserves a special mention. They served delicious food consistently across all their menus. Every meal was freshly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented, ranging from superb breakfast options to sophisticated dinner choices. What I Liked Best & Least What I Liked Best: The combination of the exceptionally helpful staff and the stunning, beautiful view. The peacefulness of the area combined with top-tier hospitality made this trip unforgettable. What I Liked Least: Because the resort is located in such a quiet, secluded area, it takes a bit of a drive to access outside shopping centers or public attractions. However, given how superb the pool, food, and amenities are on-site, there was very little reason to leave anyway.

Second stay, this time with our our adult kids and their partners to celebrate my wife's birthday. As good as we remembered and everyone had a great time

Carrossa is a beautiful Place to relax. When we arrived the welcome at the reception however was unfriendly and not welcoming. This was even more disappointing as my partner had already been at the Carrossa this year and was known by the staff. After a couple of attempts, we had the opportunity to share our experience with the hotel management. (Wished this opportunity would have happened sooner/easier). Otherwise the hotel, rooms, Spa and pool are great- clean and well maintained. The staff particularly the breakfast and dinner staff is amazing. Even under stress and pressure we got excellent service and we have always been well taken care of. Thank you to Laura, Laura, Cinzia, Paula, Julia and many more.

First and foremost, the staff are what make this property worth the stay. They are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is remote, so for a quiet getaway it is ideal. The views from each restaurant are amazing. The food, while delicious, is a little on the bland side. I suppose I expected Spanish spiciness and instead got German bland. Not bad but not exceptional. That said, it was well prepared, i.e. cooked perfectly just didn’t hit the taste notes I was hoping for. The olives though…damn they are good. Pool decking was suspect and the pool is not heated so definitely a little chilly after the temps dip at night. Rooms are spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The parking is a long walk; in fact you will walk quite a bit which is great for fitness but fair warning if you need assistance (they do have golf carts). Traveling as a single it felt more like a couples/group retreat with little in the way of socialising amongst groups. Bring your friends (and a car) to get the most out of it. Lastly, I didn’t do the spa because the time allotted for a massage at 45 minutes seemed odd and no options for longer were really available. Dissappointing.

This stay exceeded every expectation. The room was beautifully appointed and calming. The breakfast and dinner offerings were incredible. Nothing beats dinner in the bistro with Alcudia bay as a backdrop and watching the sun set. The service from everyone in the team was flawless.

Carrossa Hotel & Spa is a breathtakingly beautiful resort in lovely Mallorca. You can expect outstanding service, phenomenal facilities and a carefully curated food & drinks menu. I simply couldn’t recommend it more. Perfect!
