From just arriving we were received by a nice smile. Registration was very fast and personal very courteous. We were traveling by motorcycle and we were asked to leave it at the hotel private parking for no additional charge. Check off was also speedy and fluid.

One off Best hotel in to Lloret to compared others which I been before. Room are modern clean. Rooms on 7th floor have superb view

This hotel deserves all 4 stars that it's got. With that being said, don't expect a 5-star hotel. It is perfectly located in the city centre and close to the beach, but considering the location it wasn't noisy at all. Our room, although a bit outdated, was clean and beds were comfortable. But it is true that there isn't much room to hang and leave clothes and other personal items. The towels were changed and rooms cleaned every day and sheets every third day. The food, although somewhat modest in selection, was well prepared and very delicious. The pool area was also very clean. The hotel personnel were very pleasant, especially those working at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Good choices on breakfast. Pool area was big and relaxing. Hotel was clean. Plenty of restaurants, bus station (for example for reaching Barcelona), shops and beach within 5 - 10 min walk. Size of room for 3 persons was quite small - however it did not matter, since we were most of the time out of the room.

I ended up in the wrong room: 80s furniture and hospital-style bathroom and even then, only the balcony was very good. The "fitness" room is unfortunately from another time so this cannot be understood since it is only a hotel and you have to show imagination to be able to work.
The buffet is average, in any case I have had better in Lloret.
Apart from that, a pretty and overall complete hotel, pleasant swimming pool and terrace, very friendly and helpful staff, space, numerous access points and elevators.
Be careful, however, with rooms close to suites which can be rented by groups of noisy and uninhibited young people.
