The hotel is great, clean and tidy with good service. Breakfast was okay, though the hot food could be better. It's typical chain hotel quality, which is good. The only downside was the air conditioning being a bit noisy. Also, definitely avoid rooms facing the street; you can hear the cars passing by. The key card frequently malfunctioned. When I asked the grumpy old lady at the front desk for help, she was incredibly unfriendly. It really ruined my mood. Other staff members were kind though.

Although it is not very close to the airport, the hotel has free parking and the surrounding environment is very convenient, which is very suitable for travelers who drive. The room equipment is novel and clean, and the front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast is particularly worthy of praise. The food items and quality provided are excellent. The coin-operated washing and drying machines are also helpful. I originally planned to stay for two days, but I liked it so much that I stayed an extra day. I will definitely stay here next time I have a chance to go to Chicago.
