Very good hotel, good service, breakfast is not a buffet

This hotel is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the beds and pillows (SIX!!) are superb. The facility is tastefully appointed and spotless. The complimentary breakfast is easily the best Ive ever eaten, with a vast array of choices all (self) served on real plates with actual cutlery

Great location, wonderfully clean and well laid out. Warm and welcoming staff. We noted that the hotel was in perfect condition. The bed and room was very comfortable. Love that this location has a top-notch Italian restaurant on location. We'll be back for sure.

Was there for a wedding and the room decorations and vegan dinner was superb…..still trying to figure out to make delicious carrot cake without dairy. Beautiful chapel on the grounds so everything just right there

It was a nice hotel experience as it was far away from other amenities. Everything you needed was there for you. The staff were very friendly. I had a number of guests there for a wedding, they offered a guest discount but it was the same price or more than what the travel search engines offered. I will let you ask the staff to explain that.

Great place, fourth stay for business, always clean, great service, nice people, excellent breakfast. Only one critique that can easily be fixed with Chrome cast or Roku device, Terrible Bell Satellite TV a plethora of 1990's shows and old Sci-Fi , No provision to cast Netflix etc. to TV from Phone or tablet. Ancient technology not in keeping with most modern hotels. Other than That, Highly recommended. I Witnessed how the night manager went above and beyond to help a couple with a problem related to their wedding. Very Impressed.

Rooms, staff, breakfast, area to gather in lobby was excellent HVAC was quiet and even. Towels, shower, bath was just like at home. I do not have anything negative to say about this motel. If you are visiting London, this is the place to stay

Service & Food were excellent - especially the Gluten Free options. Minor drawbacks were old TVs ( we were told they all being replaced next year ) and the heating was tricky to get going. It was a cold rainy weekend and it took a bit to get the air conditioner off and the heating on but we finally got it

Our third stay at this Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, close to South London and St Thomas. Room was spotless and housekeeping did a fantastic job from day to day. However, with all the good there was 1 bad thing. Bell Fibe TV, sucks, seriously embarrassing, laughably minimal channels 90's re-runs and a soothing aquarium channel (sarcasm). Bring your own chrome-cast and use the free WiFi to watch your own You-tube or Netflix.

For the price stay somewhere else. Front reception and lobby were clean and up to date. Rooms were clean and again updated nicely. Bed was not very comfortable, and not a good quality mattress. The bedding was great. Everything was clean and fresh. Bathroom was great. The door to the rooms ( not just mine ) would slam so hard when you let go. Many times during the night when smokers would come in or out I’d wake up because of the doors slamming. Breakfast plain just ******. The eggs were runny and sausage had no flavour. The only good thing about it was that the coffee was hot. Honestly not a bad place but for what they charge per night it sure is not worth it. Then there’s a 19.99 service fee. That is kind of the cherry on top of why I stopped staying at Best Western all together.

Great service, Pesto Restaurant Excellent. Very clean room. Well situated, easy access from the 401. That’s will be our halfway stop to Chicago and Montreal; The breakfast was grandiose the coffee perfect and soft music.

This was our second stay. Staff went out of their way to welcome us and look out for our needs. Breakfast was included and goes above and beyond. Old fashioned service that is missing in many other places.

I just had to put in a review for this Hotel . We decided to get a hotel in St Thomas rather then drive home . We got to the Best Western at 9pm and Alfonso was at the front desk . ( He puts the best in Best Western. ) Alfonso went above and beyond to make sure our night was enjoyable. We had told him why we were down and how exhausted we were . He asked if we had had dinner ( we couldn't even remember when we had lunch ) Alfonso called the restaurant to have them stay open for us to get dinner . The Executive Chef came out and said not to worry they will get us dinner . We had Chicken Pennè and it was Delicious . I can not say enough about this Best Western . If you are needing a room don't look any further as you can not do any better . The bed is extremely comfortable and the room was very clean . It also includes a hot breakfast in the morning. Thank You Alfonso we WILL be seeing you again .

My initial approach was at night in the dark and I wasn't too sure how my stay would go... I was pleasantly surprised and my expectations were surpassed. My room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was incredible. Great stay!
