Wonderful , cheapest place to stay in london. Excellent staffs. Well cleaned rooms. Discount to the chaiwala in hotel. Cleaned rooms.

Bathroom toilet seat was held together with tape. Massive hole in the wooden shutter blinds that let light in constantly. Room was next to the laundry room with constant noise from the machines throughout the night. At points caused the bed itself to shake. Hotel is next to a fast food restaurant with a strong fried food smell throughout the building. Location was good for transport and staff were nice.

A simple hotel and easy access to train station. Room is small and no small towel. If just for rest then should be OK to stay at the hotel.

The reception staff were really lovely, I don't get there until late , I didn't have a charger for my phone I think her name was Abbie (not sure) she was very helpful and lent me her own personal charger for the night . Also my remote control for my TV was missing she went and found me one. Gave me directions to a fab pizza place .

Really lovely hotel all round. The staff were friendly and our room was really nice, great amenities, very clean. Great location as there is a starbucks and a tesco right across the road as well as chaiwalla attached to the hotel itself. Had a lovely stay here!

Excellent

Stayed here for one night. Checkin was fine and staff were nice enough. All was good until I reached my room. At first glance all seemed ok. Very small room which was no bother, but saw the bathroom. I will share a picture so you can decide for yourself. A very large mirror inside the shower wall. 10 on the creepy meter. No chain to pull across at night for added safety, and when I tried to access the WI-FI it said that the WI-FI was unsafe to use. Banging noises most of the night made it impossible to have a decent sleep. Will choose not to stay again. I just didn’t feel safe at all.

Acceptable place, location is great, but believe some rooms need major repairs.

Close to the bus/trains! The ac would not work at all, showers were running cold! they sent the worker to fix it but the plumbing went out .. the manager and staff was VERY sweet & accommodating and happily refunded me partially for the inconvenience. Would definitely give them a try again.

Rooms conditions are not clean

Location is great in term of accessing tubes and public transports. Buses right at the door steps getting you into Paddington Station and Oxford Street; the tube stations are only few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. The hotel cafe is exotic and cheap; hotel guests enjoy a bit of discount as well! There is a Tesco supermarket and Starbucks right opposite to the hotel. Overall it’s bad for value!!
