The best value hotel I have ever stayed at. It is the perfect place if u do not want to spend stupid money but still right in the middle of London. The beds r lovely and there was absolutely no noise whatsoever. The gym is ridiculous for a value hotel. Better than any other fitness centre or gym I have been to in much more expensive hotels. I am in London 3 nights a week and will be staying here from now on.

Discovering this hidden gem was a delightful surprise, especially considering its affordability. Just a brief ten-minute stroll from Kings Cross, it's conveniently located. The staff here are wonderfully friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast offered is excellent value at just £7.50, and the entire establishment is impeccably clean. Plus, they offer complimentary luggage storage both before and after check-in, which is a rare and much-appreciated perk. There is also a small gym available. With a 24-hour reception, safety is never a concern—especially important for solo female travellers like myself. Having stayed here three times in as many weeks, I can attest that each room has been consistently clean, tidy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Will I go back - absolutely yes next week when back in London on business. The only recommendation I have is to have brown bread available at breakfast please!

Good comfortable bed, complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room. We stayed in room 5 which is in the basement and has garden access (we didn’t use it) we didn’t see a lift but the stairs were ok for us. Room key stays at the hotel but the front desk is manned 24/7 so you can come and go as you please. The bathroom is a wet room which was fine for us and has complimentary soap and shampoo/shower gel. A small rack in the corner has some coat hangers which is ample for a weekend stay. It’s very near King’s Cross St Pancras station and there’s a 24/7 maccies if you want a midnight snack a few mins walk away. All in all it was a good stay the hotel was adequate for what we needed. If you’re expecting the ritz you’ll be very disappointed. It’s cheap and cheerful for the centre of London.

Depending on the reason for the stay, it’s a nice hotel. It’s quite basic but has everything you need for a night or two if you don’t plan on hanging around there. I went to London for two days of theatre. I just needed one night stay to just sleep. Bed was firm but not uncomfortable. Pillows were a big flat once I put my head on them. The bathroom is a wet room but I didn’t see an issue with it. Walls were thin but I arrived late and rose around 7am, quiet through the night. Lovely hot water in the night although shower didn’t seem to warm in the morning but being thirty degrees, I was ok with that. Breakfast was basic, they don’t supply hot food other than toast. Croissants were the type from a bag rather than fresh and crispy but still nice enough. There was cereal, two types of fruit and yogurts. There were rolls, ham and cheese but not really what I’d chose for breakfast. Nice selection of jams. Basic tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Staff were lovely. Check in anytime which meant I arrived back 11pm after a show and was greeted with a smile. Read a recent review on locks, I had a physical key for my room- it locked just fine. Complimentary tea/coffee facilities in the room with bottles of water, small packs of biscuits and towels provided. Overall it’s just basic and ideal for what I needed. I’d stay again, although as I booked through *********** and breakfast wasn’t included I’d more than likely buy breakfast out to fill me for the day ahead.

Lovely little hotel, very clean and modern decor. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Great place to stay for a short break. Close to King's Cross and St Pancras and short walk to London euston, which was great for us as we went to the Harry Potter studio tour!!!

Lovely garden area to the back with adequate seating and tables. Continental breakfast made a great start to our day and very reasonably priced. Great location for touring the wonderful sights of London. Rooms were very clean beds very comfortable. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Hope to return in the spring.

Very small room and quite worn. However, for being so central and so afforable, this place is a steal. We spent most of our days touring, so needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very clean and tidy, with fresh tea, coffee and bottled water daily. Plus having your own bathroom for this price is super in London. Definitely recommend if you're going to be busy, but not if you want a luxury hotel experience.
