"Comfortable room and good location just 10 mins to Ealing Broadway. Staff are friendly. Had breakfast one day but it wasn’t worth the money. Just a few slices of cold meat, cheese, some yogurt, some salad, cereals and no eggs. The bread was nearly all white with the exception of one small piece of brown. Disappointing."

"Met by lovely guy when we arrived, staff there are amazing. My sister in law and i stayed in room 8, the beds were so comfortable best night's sleep had in a long time. Breakfast is basic but get's you through until lunchtime. Had a lovely sunday lunch there, must be very popular as was getting very busy. We were both pleased with our stay. Tube station is about 10 minutes walk away."

"Great location, very convenient to tube and buses. Very safe area. Room was clean. But very noisy with street traffic. No blockout blinds or curtains, so light came in very early. Bathroom needs a good clean. Mould on shower screen at the bottom was vile. Mould on the grouting. But scariest thing was after midnight I was verbally abused by an aggressive person who had just arrived. She was banging doors and thumping up and down the hallway. When, after 40 mins of listening to this ruckus, I politely asked her to be quieter, I was met by a torrent of abuse. So scared that I left at 6am that morning. No thanks."

"Clean hotel, excellent to have a room with 4 beds. Great view of wembley in the distance. Parking available and handy 24h garage with M&S next door. No blackout blinds or air con but a fan was available and the windows opened. Not usually an issue in the UK but we attended during a massive heat wave. Note that Park Road Station is often closed at weekends so need to take that into consideration, requires a walk to Hanger Lane. Very friendly and helpful reception - John was really kind and helpful. Great weekend as BWFC won at Wembley!"

"The room is clean, appropriate and large enough. The location is practical because it is in zone 3 London, just 2 zones away from central London (20-30 min. away). You can walk 10 minutes to tube stations. Sufficiently comfortable for night stay, with shared microwave and refrigerator. There’re not a lot of amenities like big 5-stars hotels but I don’t mind because it’s just for sleepover and during the day, I go outside. Recommended for someone who wants to save cost. 👍🏼"

"Second part of my stay. The flat is great - has everything you need from fridge, cooking tools and washing machine, but only if they work! The fridge was out of service on the last two days. When you call the service hotlines, they answer your calls quickly and would try to find a solution. But they don’t have 24/7 maintenance staff like other hotels. It’s a great place to stay, but be prepared you need to call the local hotline whenever you have questions about your stay."
