This hotel is not my favorite. I doesn’t feel comfortable or welcoming. But it was good for one night. I wouldn’t stay longer.

The room was spacious, clean and nice. It had everythibg we need. I love the rain shower. it is a 5min walk from Aldgate East underground station. There are restaurants nearby by walking.

There was mucus on the walls and the room was a lot smaller than the photos make it look. Really dark lighting inside too.

Had a good time. Service was generally pleasant. Appreciate the kitchenette as eating out for 2 weeks can be challenging

Room card didn’t worked for 5x. So had to travel up and down the lift for 4x. Insisted to make it work the 4th round, a staff followed me and used the hotel access card instead to gain access to room.
Otherwise I would have to continue traveling up and down. Wasted 15 mins dealing w access card issue prior check out and was told to checkout on time. I paid for late extension,
Service mentality could be much better.

Very clean and cozy. Perfect for couples. Will definitely come back. One thing is the electric stove doesn’t really work well so it a bit struggles if you try to cook.
