I booked here for a night as I am visiting London for medical, entrance is a no for me, no lifts & stairs is for high & long. I have mobility issues & it's a big no for me. No AC, no comfortable chair in the room & I literally stay in bed all through, extremely too basic and overpriced, one window blind so transparent & the whole room was light up which i do not like, no intercome. I am still wondering where all those good reviews come from because it's a zero for me and absolutely waste of money.

Really nice room above a very pleasant pub. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, nice bathroom with piping hot water (the last hotel I stayed in it was only tepid so I noticed this!), kettle for tea/coffee and some snacks. The pub itself was lovely;y: very friendly, nice selection of beers & wines. I was only there for one night avd arrived late s dud not get too. much chance to appreciate it, but it seemed like a pub I'd cheerfully goo to, acd the menu looked nice. The location is mixed. It is a very pleasant London street, loads of terraced houses, a park nearby. Five minutes from DLR. I was going to Excell (near Canar Wharf) so it was ideal - I would definitely recommend it if you are near Docklands. But be warned this is a long way from the West End or touristy London The price is amazing considering it ids London avd the quality. As I say, if I'm going to Docxklands I'd definitely stay again, but for West End it is perhaps too remote.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of a lovely part of London. The room was very quiet, given that there's so much going on in the pub downstairs. Everything was spotless, a great mattress, powerful shower, and a kettle with welcome snacks.

Stayed at the Brookmill for one night for an event in London. Welcomed by the host who was very helpful. Room lovely and clean. Complimentary tea, coffee, muffin, porridge pot and water. Easy to get too from train station. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that although the food coming out looked lovely.
