Upon checkin my room, there is hair on the toilet floor. The bathing towel has big patch of stain. Tissue paper in the toilet is not refilled. There is only 1 bathing towel and 1 hand towel for a double bed room. You need to ask the reception for an extra bathing towel. The receptionist gave me 2 room key card but 1 was not activated for room entry. There is no hair conditioning provided. However, the receptionists are friendly and are willing to offer help upon request. The breakfast is also good with quite many choices of food.

Good location, friendly staff, clean enough room.
Their is a premier inn just across the road that I confused this one for. They kept my bag all day and looked after me well even though they were exceptionally busy for breakfast.

cleaning room service needs to be requested in advance at the front desk. However, even after making the request, the cleaning service was consistently overlooked. Simple requests such as towel replacements were missed multiple times within a week.
The room was generally clean, and the hairdryer had sufficient power.

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street.
the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable

The room is not big, it is a loft with a skylight that cannot be opened. If you are traveling with a baby, it is better to choose a larger family room.
The hotel is in a good location, with multiple subway lines, bus stops and subway stations, and very convenient transportation. There is a Tesco and Sainsbury's supermarket at the subway station, as well as a small Chinese supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also several Chinese restaurants near the hotel.
