Good location and easy to check in. Hosts William and D were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Can help yourself to tea, coffee, cookies etc. Room was spacious & nice garden to sit in. It could have done with a more thorough clean (few stains on sheets, hairs & cobwebs) and we couldn’t get the windows to lock - ground floor room. Would 100% stay here again!
