Do not book here!!! My friend booked the apartment and after booking we were requested to send over proof of identify which we all did. Sent over our driving licence/passport details… we had no further request to do anything else or send any more money etc. When we arrived at the apartments, we had no way of getting off the street and out of the rain with no access code to the building so we had to stand out in the pouring rain waiting to be connected to a call to the owners. When we got through, we were told we needed to pay a further £350 security deposit prior to being given entry which we were told was in the terms and conditions and that we should’ve got the e-mail 7 days prior to pay this. We received no such e-mail and suddenly we’re stood outside in the pouring rain being told if we don’t pay another £350 we won’t get access. Upon looking at the reviews across various platforms it seems this is the case every time but each and every review is saying the same that they do not get the deposit back. We were then left with a situation of, do we pay the £350 security deposit and risk not getting access to the apartment still, or do we get access but still lose the £350 either way? After various phone calls to the apartments, even stating that they have all of our details so if there was any issue after we left they had the ability to contact us… they said if we didn’t pay the £350 we hadn’t complied with the checking in process and therefore would not get access to the apartment that we had paid for. Consequently, it left 4 girls stranded at 4pm in the pouring rain in the middle of London with no where to go. The apartment wouldn’t give us a refund, we’ve not been able to get anything resolved through *********** or the bank… it’s just been an absolute nightmare! And on top of that, the staff were rude and had the audacity to call us suspicious for not wanting to pay the £350 security deposit that they say is “Just a pre-authorisation” that we will get back that they’re clearly not giving back to people! In the end we decided we’d rather pay the same money each to get different accommodation than risk not getting the money back and giving it to scammers. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! FRAUD/ SCAMMERS - We arrived, firstly the apartments are very difficult to find, not a single sign or anything, just a private door with an intercom reading “Flat 1, Flat 2, Flat 3” - door was locked so we called the number on *********** for the apartments, didn’t work but managed to find one on google. We were on hold for 10 mins before anyone answered, to which they did and we were refused entry unless we paid £350 deposit. They had already asked for our photo ID’s previously which we found strange! They then said we needed to pay this deposit through a third party link they sent over email. This rang alarm bells so before we did anything we searched trip advisor/ Google and were horrified. We called them back and asked for a refund stating all of our concerns and they refused, they also refused entry to the property. They left us standing outside in the pouring rain with our suit cases. We then had to find somewhere else to stay which cost us another £400, they ruined what was a hen do and we missed our reservations etc due to this.we travelled 6 hours to be refused entry. They have no compassion and absolutely no customer service! We are now extremely worried because they have our photo id’s with all of our information on. This place needs to be closed down. We won’t stop until it is. I hope no one else books with them! Disgusting people and company! STAY WELL AWAY!!

I highly advise you do not book with them, they are scammers and will do anything to keep your money. For anyone who feels they have been cheated by this lot, report them to your bank and open a fraudulent case against them. Your bank will try to get your money bank, I got mine back because *********** only refunded me £30!!!

Please do not book this accommodation You pay a cheap rate to stay and then they ask for a £350 deposit, which is via a third party bank account they send this request an hour before you are due to arrive, I stated it was to much and I don’t like the idea of sending money across, I was ignored it caused me so much stress I was staying with colleagues and due to go to an awards night, against the time I paid the deposit (which they say can be 7days before they return it ) I had 2 rooms so £700 in deposit was sent Straight away I was sent the details to enter the premises, before I also sent the money I called the number on the email and was rudely told the line is only for boiler emergencies. When you get the email with entrance details they are so strict on how the apartment should be left which straight away set alarm bells they will do all they can to keep your deposit. We left the apartment spotless and took photos just incase they tried to use this on us As we drove home I got a call rudely asking me where the keys were, leaving in a rush we had the keys in us We were shouted at to get back now with the keys, I said sorry and I’m happy to post them but was told to get the hell back Now!! I have to say after the stress of the stay I swore at them which they used as an excuse to be even more rude and hang up saying we have lost our deposit The number they called from was the boiler only number, I tried to contact *********** to find out how they have allowed this customer into their books but it lit you through to the apartments I’m a now very cautious of booking anything through them as they clearly do not screen potential customers and take note of reviews !! I’ve chased my deposit and of course I got half back and they kept half back for a locksmith ( when they had confirmed on the phone they were inside the apartment ) I asked for a copy of the locksmith invoice which was blurry and clearly made up Chris the plumber changed the locks !! The keys was an accident and we would of posted first class lots of hotels have this problem and never charge We left the apartments spotless I do believe they entice you with a cheaper fee and will do all they can to keep back the deposit, Dave yourself stress and find a hotel This ruined what was a special evening for me I am now taking them to a small claims court *********** and anyone who has this on there books should be ashamed

Terrible communication. We werent sure we would actually be able to stay there as the email with the door code was not sent. Bed broken, but afraid to complain in case they blamed us and kept deposit. Dreadful. Grubby. Would not recommend.wish we had read reviews before parting with our hard earned money.
