Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

The location of the hotel is okay, but it's not easy to find. I went to the wrong place while carrying 4 big boxes, so I found the second hotel. Although they are not far apart, it is really inconvenient to have a lot of luggage. The rooms are average and the lighting is a bit weird and purple. There is no internet in the room.

Amazing stay, team was lovely. Breakfast was no troubles, check in quick and easy. Additional and coffee available at reception. Very easy access from the station as well as Westfield shopping center is just a minute walk away. I will be back.

Great location for The O2. We’ve stayed a few times but on this occasion we felt some of the basics had declined. One towel for 2 people for 3 nights. No glasses for drinking or bathroom use. One elevator of three broken and the morning queue was impossible.

Poor lifts one usually out of order and staff moving in others, poor housekeeping on last two visits . Poor water pressure and temperature in building. Better options in this area. Restaurant refit is an improvement on previous year. Hotel needs management with a more hands on approach to overall standards.

Firstly the good bits. The room was clean and the bed, as always, was super comfy. That’s it I’m afraid !! The water pressure for the shower was very poor and the water in the sink took ages to drain away. The worst bits? Well only two of the three lifts were working. The middle one (which seems to be always the case) was out of order leading to extremely long waits for lifts in what was an extremely busy hotel. Walking down the stairs with a case isn’t really an option as it’s 153 steps from the first floor to the ground !! Breakfast was a battleground. The staff couldn’t keep up and on day two I just looked at the carnage and gave up after a small glass of juice. So that drink cost me about £10 !! There are plenty of hotels in the area. I’d choose almost any one of the others before booking here again. Very disappointing.

Lifts DREADFUL / if you can get one. One day only one of 3 (sorry of 2, middle one NEVER worked my whole stay of 5 days, nor was a notice apologising for it being out of use) was working. Long queue built up as few took the stairs from 0 to Reception at 1 because it involves 153 steps! Check in DREADFUL, automatic machines could not issue keys. Queue built up while ONE member of staff dealt with check ins. Staff attitude - their only attitude is basically shrugging shoulders as is they are used to hearing the same complaints all the time. Internet spasmodic. Hot water after about 15 minutes of leaving taps running (6th Floor) Trying to get a drink at the bar, staff down at the restaurant saw us waiting and just ignored us - OFTEN. I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns. Overall this has been THE WORST and I will NOT recommend it or stay there again, unless future reviews can show an improvement in staff training and better management of facilities. Staff more welcoming and HELPFUL instead of giving the attitude of being uncaring. Doesn’t management take ANY notice of what people say in these reviews when, like me they are trying to be helpful? Clearly the MANAGER needs to take some responsibility for the bad feedback received here. Is there not an AREA MANAGER involved somewhere along the line?

Over night stay to go to Abba voyage. The room was lovely and clean. We had a room on the 9th floor and although our room was facing away from the city I'd imagine the ones on the other side would have really good views. Could do with ordinary and decaff tea in the prem plus rooms

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of foods. Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 lifts were broken for the first 24 hrs of our stay and this meant waiting up to 10 minutes to get to other floors. Staff were friendly

We have just stayed at this premier inn. And the service was excellent. Especially from Brian. He was very friendly and helpful. He told us how to get to the abba voyage and which was the quickest, easiest route. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food was lovely too. We had evening meal in the restaurant on both nights we stayed and it was lovely. We will definitely stay in this premier inn again. Thank you Brian for all your help during our stay.

Very poor staff levels … too focused on serving drinks than solving issues with my room. Staff were rude when I asked for service. Seems like a badly managed hotel. Some specifics: When I arrived the room allocated was wrong (I asked for a family room and got a regular double). This meant my daughter had to stay in the bed with us. Not ideal. Premier inn refused to change the room as they were full but accepted they got it wrong. It’s no use accepting you are wrong without doing something about it. Our sink was blocked on arrival, I asked 3 separate occasions to get it fixed. They finally came up and fixed it on my second night of stay. I asked in the morning at reception for the room to be cleaned on our second night. We went off for the day as I was attending a family event. When I returned tired from the day the room wasn’t cleaned. I asked why and the manager said he just didn’t know but it was too late as the staff had gone home. Overall for the price there are better hotels in the area. I would recommend to stay clear here until they fix their service issues and are staffed properly.
