The bar served excellent drinks, and the doormen were very service-oriented. The bedding was quite comfortable. They even brought us an ice bucket when they saw my friend and I had finished our water.

First time staying at the Park Hyatt London and it di not disappoint. We arrived early in the morning so I room wasn’t ready but the reception staff let us use the spa facilities to freshen up. Overall a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

The location is just okay, but the facilities and service are definitely top-notch. However, I was really dissatisfied and found it unreasonable that they charge for luggage storage. Other hotels offer this for free, so why does Park Hyatt charge?

Staying here felt just like home, and the service was exceptionally good. The staff were as warm and friendly as family. It was a great choice for my trip to London. The gym, pool, and spa facilities were all excellent.

I did expected more from a 5 star hotel in terms of services and meticulous in their attention to detail. Little things like, telling the housekeeping I will be out at a certain time and be back in the room to work so I needed the room to be clean by the time I got back but they didn’t clean it. At breakfast, asked for tea…. Have to wait for a long time ! Until I asked them again!
