My son and I recently had a wonderful stay at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, we both had the same feeling as we returned home. Thank you guys you are amazing! The doormen and concierge were especially helpful, giving great advice about football match. Highly recommend this place.

The location is fantastic, right next to Hyde Park, a five-minute walk to the shopping center. However, I have to complain about the balcony room. Did I pay for a balcony room just to get a door that can't be opened? And the balcony is completely different from the pictures; it's just the interior of two rooms. You can't go out, and it's not aesthetically pleasing at all. I don't understand why they're using it as a selling point to charge extra. The rooms are small, the executive lounge is comfortable, but the food is really bad. Over 60% is Muslim food, like goat cheese curry, which I really couldn't stomach.

The Good: The rooms were decorate beautifully and very nice amenities. The bathroom was gorgeous and did have a magnifying mirror which I have begun to appreciate! The towel warming rack was a nice touch. Nice foyer. Delicious and nice surprise of chocolate dessert in the room when we arrived. All of the doormen were super friendly. We had Club access as Platinum Bonvoy and I must say it was one of the best we have experienced. Beautiful little alcove to sit in along with other table areas. Plentiful food - more offerings/hours than we typically see. And the food was beautiful and delicious - the staff in the Club was super friendly. The location of the hotel itself is in a very busy area and convenient to the Tube stop right outside. However, the Tube was on strike while we were there - so we did a bit more walking that planned - but that is not the fault of the hotel! The Not So Good: We had submitted our upgrade certificates and are Platinum and still could not get an upgrade. We were given a room on the first floor - with no view - unless you count the building a foot away as a view... but I guess that also meant we did to hear street noise... so there is a bright side to that I suppose. The front desk check-in was not super friendly or helpful in trying to find us a room on a higher level as they were "sold out". The room was a bit small. But we spent most or our time in the Club or out and about. Overall it was a nice stay but we had stayed at a different hotel (Park Hyatt over by Battersea) in a different location - so we were a bit spoiled with the size of the room and amenities there. We did not have an opportunity to experience the beautiful spa and fitness facilities at the Marriott Park Lane - but they did look amazing!

Last day in London stayed here before flying out. Was really good. Stayed at this same place many years ago before it was a Marriot. Still really luxurious and great location in central area of London. Enjoyed the stay very much.

We had a truly lovely afternoon tea at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly polite and helpful, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Vivian, who was absolutely amazing. His tea recommendations to accompany the meal and desserts were perfect and complemented the food beautifully. It really elevated the entire experience. He also made the service feel very personal by using our names throughout, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was exquisitely presented, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place for a special afternoon tea experience.

This Hotel is a jewel, a lovely Oasis in a very busy city. It has the feel of a private club. The location is perfect across from Hyde Park, shopping on Oxford street . Incredible Restaurants in Mayfair and easy access to subway and buses. The rooms are very beautiful,quiet,so comfortable and well appointed. We love it here and the staff is amazing. A big Thank you to Martha ! She made us so welcome and took wonderful care of us. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. To summarise, it is a fabulous hotel located very conveniently right next to Marble Arch tube. Service was impeccable. The rooms are beautifully laid out and the amenities are luxurious. We had breakfast at the restaurant on all three days. We also ate lunch on one day. Although the vegetarian choices were limited, food was excellent. We were served by Vivian and he was very attentive and prompt with his response to our requests. We will be back at the hotel soon!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel . We had a pleasant and fabulous server mr.vivian at the breakfast everyday. Mr. Vivian was friendly,helpful and provide an amazing service. We enjoyed talking to him

We had a great experience at the hotel in January 2026. We were there for business and booked one of their meeting rooms for a full week. The staff were extremely collaborative and very friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Evi, Vivian, and Bassel from the hotel team, who were incredibly helpful and absolutely amazing
