A decent hotel at a good location with a walk to Angel Underground station for 5 mins. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel in Angel. Very surprised of the quality of the hotel and I do have to say staff is very friendly and helpful.
Short trip after train ride and before flight but highly recommend close to kings Cross station.

Couldn't check in at the time specified as they had a private event on (Arsenal were apparently there) and the staff really couldn't care less.

The hotel had some repainting of doors and baseboards done while we were checked in, right outside the room at our hallway, and even the outside part of our room door! They should NOT have had the room occupied if they were planning repainting outside it, as clients might be adversely affected. The area should hav been left unoccupied and cordoned off. Being asthmatic I started coughing and had breathing difficulty, so, in the middle of the night, I had to transfer to another floor. Furthermore, no effort to make up for it was done & no compensation, too! Poor customer sevice.

Terrible hotel. Checked in, got to room only to find someone else in bed. Was told by receptionist that ‘there couldn’t be’!! Stayed two nights. On both nights first two items on menu choice were unavailable. On second night third choice was Nachos. Delivered to table without chilies, sour cream or cheese. So just the tomato sauce then. Apparently the chef couldn’t find the ingredients 🤦. Upon check out charged twice on card. Asked how stay was and told. Ignored. Never stay there again.

The price is comparatively high. I check in late around 10pm and asked for late check out next day i.e. weekday but they would charge me extra fee if check out time is later than 11am. I was disappointed.

I have been to multiple hotel in london. I would say this hotel is the most reasonable price with best location. The only things I was not expected was at least they should provide a bottle of water and a slipper... Apparently the carpet was bit marked and I have to wear to shoes all the time... Apart from that overall, I am happy with this places.

Not bad was cold heating didn’t work in our room but air con is fabulous just make sure u go in summer apart from that it was ok 7,8 out of 10
