Hilton London Olympia

It's rare to find a hotel of this quality in London at this price. The downside is that it's quite a distance from the main tube stations, but, most importantly, it has air conditioning!!

I initially booked a family room, but it was located in the old building, right on a main road, and the traffic noise was unbearable. I was given a 2nd-floor room, so I requested a change. They ended up giving me a 'Deluxe King Room' in the new building. Although it had one less small bed, the decor was much more modern, and the double-paned windows made it very quiet, which significantly improved my experience. The hotel's service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. There are many bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the metro station. Overall, it offers great value for money. I look forward to the hotel's complete renovation. If you're staying here, I recommend choosing one of the newly renovated rooms.

So, so old. The lobby is modern, but the rooms are just too dated.

Branded hotel, convenient location.

My passport and wallet were stolen shortly after I arrived in London. I complained to the hotel about it, and they were very comforting and even upgraded our room. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was quite good too. The surrounding area felt safe, and there's a direct bus to the city center.
