The room layout is a bit odd. The toilet is right next to the bed, and after a few days, you'll notice that the dampness and moisture from the bathroom can't dissipate because there's no ventilation. The kitchen is by the window, which can be opened for air, and it's separated from the bed by the bathroom. Facilities: The bathroom door doesn't close properly unless you prop it shut. The two elevators are tiny, and with so many guests, they frequently break down for repairs. Most people end up taking the stairs next door. The air conditioning, however, works well, quickly reaching the set temperature for both heating and cooling. Hygiene: Given the high occupancy, it's generally clean. However, the restaurant often struggles to clean up between guests. Environment: The hotel layout is quite compact, but the surrounding area is quiet. It's about a 5-minute walk to Tesco and a 15-20 minute walk to Holland Park, which has plenty of facilities for children to play. Service: The staff are generally very friendly, except for one cleaner who seemed a bit impatient.

First time in London, and a friend recommended this hotel. The location is fantastic – there's a bus stop right outside, the tube station is about a 10-minute walk, and a Tesco is just 3 minutes away on foot. The most surprising thing was how good their breakfast was! Even though it's a pretty traditional English breakfast, the quality of everything was excellent. Definitely lives up to the Marriott name.

The room is quite spacious, which is a plus, but the facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. The elevators are incredibly slow and there are only two of them, which isn't enough for a hotel of this size. The air conditioning in the room wasn't effective at heating, and the soundproofing was poor. There's a construction site nearby, so it wasn't very quiet at night. Breakfast was really disappointing, very mediocre. On the bright side, the service was good, and the front desk staff were friendly. The hotel's location is decent; there's a large Tesco next door, and it's easy to catch a bus, though it's quite a distance from the subway station.

The soundproofing isn't great; you can hear everything from the hallway clearly. The biggest issue is that there's only one elevator, so we ended up taking the stairs most of the time unless we had luggage.

The hotel is very conveniently located and the room is spacious, but the bathroom is quite small.
