Excellent location just 10-15 minutes stroll from Waterloo station, with our Junior Suite offering fantastic views of the London metro (surprisingly quiet despite the proximity).
The suite was well-equipped with a comfortable queen bed, though the sofa bed was a bit thin (my kid could sleep comfortably). The room featured all essential amenities: a spacious wardrobe, iron and ironing board, fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave and a good-sized mini fridge (bigger than the norm). The multiple electrical outlets throughout the room were particularly convenient.
The bathroom was a highlight with a separate bathtub and shower, featuring luxurious ESPA toiletries with a wonderful gender-neutral citurs scent. The plumbing worked perfectly with no drainage issues, and the bathroom storage was ample.
Security and comfort were well-considered with working lifts, effective air-conditioning/heating, and an in-room safe. The only minor, tiny issue was that housekeeping initially provided amenities for two guests instead of three, though this was eventually resolved. This hotel would definitely be our choice for future London visits.

Extremely terrible service, extremely awful reception. When I checked in after 3 pm, they gave us a first floor room with unkown purpose, with a very terrible machine noise, and I asked them to switch to another room, but was told there was no empty room and I had to wait for another 1 hour. Why and how dare them need me to wait for another hour after the official check in time? Could you any humanity live in that terrible noise room? The reception manager came out and dealt with my issue, and after 5mins I was told there was another room available, so the initial reception lied to me. When I checked out, my backpack were wet and the bottle tied to the bag was disappeared. I came to the lounge and find half of my bottle water disappeared so I reasonably doubt this is a revenge behavior. I will never go to this hotel anymore, and I will tell any of my friends this hotel is so warm and kind.

Well located near Westminster Bridge and the London Eye, easy walking to main tourist areas. Room was very clean, although sofa area a little dark. Full wall windows gave a wonderful view over Waterloo Station and South London towards The Shard. Breakfast Buffet was reasonable, filling, and a good variety of breakfast choices. Altogether a reasonably good hotel.

We booked for my husband's birthday and our anniversary, we were upgraded as it was a special weekend and our junior suite was beautiful, the views were lovely from our 3 windows and it was so easy to check in using the app. Will definitely be back.

Great visit, we were deemed 'guests of the day' and had a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse room. Great location, great views, breakfast in bed was also great!
