The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came every day. The transportation was also very convenient. The double room was quite spacious, and the facilities were relatively new. My only complaint is that the breakfast was very basic and repetitive; I ate the same things for three days straight and got tired of it.

The hotel is located not too far from the DLR station and the free breakfast is a nice gesture to kickstart the day. It’s very near to Canary Wharf. The manager Helene was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and the environment was comfortable, highly recommended. Overall, the experience was great, and it's not far from the city center, so it's definitely worth recommending. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic, making for an excellent experience.

It was a pleasant stay, the room was clean and clear, lot's of space, good temperature. I mostly liked a bed. Breakfast was also very good — typical english one.

The DLR station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient to get to Tower Bridge. The hotel has its own parking and is outside the congestion zone, which is great if you're driving. Plus, the rooms are a decent size.

The receptionist is a bit rude, not sure is the language or the person. Very minimum standard, could not have any higher expectation. No fridge and only one towel, receptionist said it is a standard room.
