Hotel location extremely perfect with good proximity to attractions. Very close to the train stations which makes is great, surrounded by food restaurant with options to pick from. However, the 2nd bed was not made until we came had to call and cleaners walked in on us without knocking was very bad as we could be dressing up without any notice. Pool was lovely with the sauna. Front staff were very polite as well. Overall great experience

Lovely hotel, situated close to the underground which is great for commuting around. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful, we had an evening meal which was well priced and lovely would highly recommend

Very thoughtful and well mannered services. Especially the very kind and gentle man at the front desk. He always took care of the guests first and eventually made them feel comfortable like their home and their problems can be figured out whatever the guests problems were he did his best to solve. I misunderstood what he said so I got the wrong room which had two single bed and I already took a shower in the bathroom. He kept saying don’t worry and gave me couple of suggestions and finally I chose I had a extra bed so that my son could sleep on his own bed. Also, I was dead tired from a long journey and he did sympathized how I felt and tried to give better service like asking housekeepers any available rooms for me and my sons to have some rest. I do appreciate your thoughtful services.

Daily cleaning and refill services needs improvement

The room is clean, comfortable, simple but functional, and the service is very good. Very close to the subway station, convenient for travel. It is within walking distance of central attractions such as London Bridge and Westminster.

The price and service are basically in line with the UK. When I checked in, I was received by Mr. ATTILA, who was gentle, patient, meticulous and friendly! The room I booked was originally a three-bed room, and the price was higher than that of a large bed and a single bed. He took the trouble to show me different rooms, and promised to send me a single bed. The hotel breakfast has a variety of food, especially the slow-cooked omelette, which is cooked to the right temperature. The facilities are complete, but the dining seats are a bit crowded and sometimes the neighbors get up and move their seats, which will be disturbed.

Helping a friend to decide, the location is very convenient, just next to the Italian Square, there is McDonald's KFC downstairs, and a Chinese restaurant. Suitable for people who join the team here.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It only takes 2 minutes to reach Southwark station. The sofa bed is also very comfortable. The only bad thing is that the frosted glass in the bathroom is a bit transparent and people can be seen, which is not convenient for staying with family.
