Superd location, 5mins walk to Picadily Square, less than 10mins to Chinatown and Covent Garden. The hotel rooml relatively spacious and new.

We stay at this hotel quite often. It is one of my go-to hotel in London, for its location, the Chinese restaurant on-site, and the comfort of the rooms.

Very old hotel, obviously discriminating against Chinese people. Look at what's outside our window in the picture. Most rooms have a city view, but we were given the worst location. The hotel's facilities are not up to date, but they are reluctant to spend money on maintenance. First of all, you don't need to swipe your card to get on the elevator, which means anyone can get in. There is no sense of security. I called the food delivery at 10 o'clock in the evening, and they said that the food delivery waiter had gone off duty. I was really confused. Is this the service of a star hotel? We had to go out for dinner. We were obviously very tired and didn't want to go out. What's more outrageous is that after dinner, the hotel door was locked... I rang the doorbell and waited for a long time before someone came to open the door. It was more than 11 o'clock. Hotels of this price in London should not be of this standard. The room was also very unhygienic, with a lot of dust and uncleaned hair on the carpet. The dusty speaker was still an Apple 13 socket. I stayed in several hotels of the same price in London, and this one was the worst.

The location is very good, the room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is of good quality and delicious. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

The location is great, close to Chinatown, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, etc. The Pro-Palestine 🇵🇸 parade passed by the back of the hotel, so the location is impeccable.

The whole hotel is decorated in a very romantic style, the staff is very friendly, and the location is invincible. Buckingham Palace and St. James' Park, Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, Piccadilly Circus and Chinatown, Charles Cross Street, etc. are all within walking distance. It is also convenient for dining, and there are various restaurants and attractions nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is rich and satisfying. There is a problem with the water quality in the room. The oily feeling is not good. The other environment, hygiene, breakfast, and services are all OK, but the water quality is not so good.

The location is excellent, very close to Buckingham Palace, Regent Street, Oxford Street, National Gallery, Westminster, all within walking distance. The room is a bit small, but enough for a family of three. Breakfast semi-buffet, English, Scottish and so on. There is a Chinese restaurant next door downstairs, which is too expensive. Ten meters to the north, the Italian restaurant is good, and the price is good. The price of the Greek seafood restaurant opposite is high. Good service. The night view outside the hotel is good.
