Great stay, only stayed for 1 night between a Fri-Sat. The hotel room was a nice size, the bathroom and room were clean. Slight stains on the walls which is why I marked it down but overall it was a nice stay. Staff were really friendly and the lounge, breakfast room and rest of the hotel looked in good order. A really nice touch was the ice bucket with the ice machine on my floor.
Would definitely stay again, great location, easy access to the tube and lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby.

Everything is good other than the bed slides away, they have wheel and feels rolling around. The room is small so is the dated toilet, most doors are dated, so gives a noud loise. The lifts were not very sensitive. Breakfast full of options. They were also doing a renovation of carpets which was a bit annoying, and the large amount of rooms means u could walk a bit of distance reaching your room.

A very welcome from a fly!!!
The customer service is okay, very warm welcome.
The room is very small, the bed is not what the booking page suggests, a queen bed, it’s double bed.
The hotel feels a bit old, not sure whether it’s because the carpet it uses make it old.
Location is good.
Everything else is a standard 3/4 star hotel.
