DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London - Tower of London Reviews

For a Hilton, this hotel is quite disappointing. The hallway floors are carpet, smelt very strange the moment I entered my floor. The hotel really needs some renovation. Unpleasant smell coming from my bathroom so I had to make sure the toilet door was closed. Lovely modern reception though, and good location. Overall takes about 30 min to get to the city. Personally wouldn’t return

We made a booking for twin room, sent in a request in advance as a reminder but still only king available, we had to switch room the next day, also requested a room close to lift lobby but again, the room was far. We switched to a twin room the next day, something wrong with door, so noisy and heavy when closed, also the shower door was hard to close. No one cleaned the room for us The morning concierge guy wasn’t helpful when we asked for the hop on hop off bus details, told us to screen the QR code and read it ourselves. The afternoon guy was super helpful, gave us clear instruction Thanks

Nice stay in this hotel. The receptionist was so nice and professional, the welcoming cookies are delicious. Overall, highly recommended!

housekeeping was a bit lazy and i had to call a few times before they turned up to clean my room. The staff greeted us was cold.

Great hotel, good service, good breakfast. Close to the Tower of London and the view to the Tower bridge. Only downside is the room is a bit small.

The hotel was well located. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. You got warm cookies on checkin and there were a few small baked treats in the room. The bed was also really comfortable

There was no hot water in my room! I asked them to change it and they just ignored me.

Decent location but not mich around the area except for Tower of London. Need to walk a bit further to spitalwood market. Room is modern and good

Seamless check in and check out. The hotel itself was clean, tidy and staff were informative at any point of the day. The bedroom (we stayed in a queen room) was spacious and offered amenities such as tea and coffee, iron and ironing board. The hotel was located next to Tower Hill tube station, and offered plenty of places to eat and drink surrounding the hotel. A little gem, the hotel has a roof top bar, this was a lively surprise.

It is a close proximity to the station and various popular tourist attractions. On-site staff are friendly and room is adequately sized for a twin room. Nice view from their own bar - Savage Garden
