Decent location near Victoria train station - great if you’re going to Heathrow Airport. Room was small but clean and a decent price.

The location is very close to the shopping district, and amenities within the hotel are awesome. This is my 2nd stay at the hotel.

We booked a twin room but when we arrived they were not able to offer us that. Instead they gave us a larger double room with complimentary breakfast and free drinks to compensate for that, which was great! Just a note though, they will charge you for putting luggage at the hotel.

Excellent location near to Paddington train stations, hotel room is small but compact. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

The room is exactly as described—clean and just the right size for two people. However, if both of you bring large suitcases, opening and closing them can be a bit of a challenge due to the limited space. Other than that, everything was great—especially the location! It’s very close to the train station, the Underground, and several bus stops. You can easily reach most of London’s popular sites in less than 20 minutes. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We were lucky to receive a complimentary early check-in upon arrival. We’d be happy to stay here again!
