Shangri-La the Shard, London

You can have an exciting and joyful exploration of Shangri-La! During this stay, the hotel provided a telescope, allowing you to view all the attractions you visited over several days. The cleanliness and facilities were perfectly up to standard. I must also mention the service; from the second time I entered the lobby, the customer service staff quickly and warmly recognized and greeted me. The check-in, check-out, and luggage storage at the front desk were all accurate and efficient. The breakfast service was truly unforgettable, especially with the chef's amusing, polite, and gentlemanly demeanor!

This hotel deserves a terrible review. Compared to a Park Hyatt, which costs over 3000 (presumably RMB) for breakfast, this place is significantly worse. The dining options don't even meet the standards of an Indigo Hotel. The pool was closed, and the gym staff had an awful attitude. Before check-in, they told me I'd have to pay an extra £150 for two adults and one child, citing fire regulations. I told them we'd been in the UK for two weeks, staying at different hotels every day, and none had such a requirement. The manager responded that it's their hotel's policy and other hotels' rules are irrelevant to them. Fine, I said I'd cancel, and then, seeing I was about to cancel, they agreed not to charge the fee. What's more, when we arrived at the hotel, there wasn't a single bellhop. I asked them if this was the kind of service to expect from a hotel costing over 6000 (presumably RMB) a night.

The hotel is in The Shard, a landmark in London, with great views and excellent breakfast. Although the room is small, for this price and location, it's a fantastic deal. Highly recommended.
