Decent size room but would be great if there are more lightings. The room is slightly dark given the furniture and carpet is on a darker tone. Breakfast was wondeful but same throughout the week, which is ok with me. It will be better if it can start earlier as it is too late for business travellers. Bathroom will be slippery after shower as the water gets out of area but they do provide a change in mat (if needed)

It was my family trip to London city. First day the trainee at the reception is not so well to assist us on check in. She arrange 3 rooms with 3 different floor. And that is very limit parking with 35gdp per night. I have booked 3 rooms but 1 of the double bed room is super tiny and the bathroom very small as well. You can’t even open up a luggage. It make me so angry to contact trips.com Cs to make a complaint. Cause I pay the same price to get the different room. After next day, the reception has settle the issue but it take a time and delay my trip schedule. It’s not a good feel during the travel.

The Mercure London Bridge hotel exceeded expectations. Our Privilege King bedroom was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful - nothing seemed too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was superb, very well stocked and of excellent quality. The position of this hotel is very convenient being roughly half way between Waterloo railway station and the Shard. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room and bed was really comfy. Air conditioning didn't work well and we could not lower the temperature in the room which made it stuffy. The bathroom was very tired looking and really needed a refurb. We ordered some room service at 11pm as we were late checking in first night. The menu literally consisted if 2 items. We ordered a panini which was disgustingly bad. We expected more choice and certainly better quality. We complained and the hotel agreed to refund us but still waiting for the refund almost 6 weeks after. Breakfast was really good and made the most of this to make up for the poor food the night before hand. Its buffet style also which is great if you are proper hungry.. Staff were pleasant and helpful, just not sure about the security guys at the front door who look like they don't want to be there and struggle to even say hello, which we felt was very odd.. My review is neutral, we've stayed in much nicer places in London around the same price.

The hotel is located near the Shard, and is suitable for visiting the Borough Market of London Tower Bridge. Across the road, there is a Hunan rice noodle and casserole dish restaurant, which tastes authentic and suits Chinese tastes. It is relatively convenient to get to the subway station. The only problem is that the floor drain has problems. When I got up to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, water accumulated on the bathroom floor. The toilet needs to be improved

Affordable hotel, the front desk is very gentle, and the room hygiene is also good. It's just that the prices of nearby hotels are unstable.

During my two-day stay, two of the five snacks were stolen. First time encountering such a thing. Weird, you should definitely take care of your various belongings in London. You know.

The location of the hotel is very good, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the front desk is also very friendly, there are many supermarkets near the hotel, shopping is convenient

The air conditioner is very cold, the sanitation is average, and the charge is higher than that of similar hotels
