Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It's less than 100 meters from the subway station. From Heathrow, take the Elizabeth Line to Custom House, then transfer to the DLR and go one stop further east. The hotel is right outside the station (Google Maps' route suggests walking 1km without transferring). It takes about half an hour to get to the city center. There might be some payment delays when using Visa and Mastercard credit cards issued by mainland Chinese banks at the hotel.

The hotel itself is amazing, the room we got was big enough for the family. The location is not too bad if no car and you travel by public transport. Only thing is you need to walk or ride a bus if want some food shopping. The staff were good, especially Parbati who was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend this place!

I arrived early to the hotel and asked if there was any possibility I could check in early? The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and fortunately there was room ready so I checked and had a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed the facilities over two days. I particularly enjoyed the gym, the pool and the sauna. I was attending an event at the Excel Arena so location could not have been better. Thank you to the staff for wonderful service

enjoyed my stay, amenities are excellent. Staff are very lovely. Only wish that there was a window that opened and close as airflow is kind of restricted other than that Everything was perfect loved the pool especially
