Reviews of Colliers Hotel

The hotel wasn't as bad as some reviews made it out to be; in fact, it was very clean, even cleaner than the one I stayed in yesterday. The hygiene was good, and the bed was incredibly firm. After a year in the UK, this is the first time I've slept on such a hard mattress, and I loved it! The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi. I heard it's paid, but I don't even know how much. However, the EE signal was decent, though it did cut out occasionally. This is where the service truly ******!!! I cannot accept no Wi-Fi. It seems this hotel is a converted private home, with most rooms in the basement, but the overall environment was still pretty good. Though there were a lot of oddly designed doors.

Television with no signal, broken shower,The furniture was damaged, and worst of all, my child woke up this morning covered in bedbug bites. I asked for a complaint form and they told me they didn't have one and that if I didn't like it, I shouldn't come back.

The quality of my short stay was decent. Rooms in the UK are generally quite small and basic. If you're looking for luxury, you might consider a chain hotel. The best part about this hotel is its location in Ximing District.

You get what you pay for. It did the job for allowing me a nights sleep before work. Mattress was poor quality and bedding had some sort of protection on it that rustled when moving. The bathroom was clean and simple. A TV in the room along with tea/coffee. My room was in the basement, no windows but hey I was only there to sleep! The walkways had various items piled up bags of laundry, vacuum cleaner.  Didn’t encounter any issues per say nor any interaction with staff

The young staff at the front desk were very friendly. They let me store my fruits in their fridge and provided a kettle, coffee, and tea sachets (hehe) so I could make myself a hot drink in the evenings after a day of sightseeing. The room I had was small but cozy. The only downside was that it was quite hot in the room.

Slept in stained/dirtied sheets for 3 days (dirty before we arrived) straight even though they made the bed, we even made it clear by showing it on the bed the stain, they didn’t change it at all.

The experience wasn't bad; the receptionists were very good. The room was a bit small, but I would come back.

Absolutely terrible. Our triple room was in the basement with poor air circulation and no air conditioning. The mattress was old and saggy, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. When we complained to the manager, they couldn't offer a room or bed change. The basement had a small staircase leading to four rooms, which seemed like a fire hazard – almost like an illegally converted private residence. The booking stated 17 square meters, but it was actually about half that, around 8 square meters, just enough for the beds. The bathroom was tiny. I recommend Trip.com blacklists this hotel so they stop scamming people. It's worse than a guesthouse.

Hotel didnt had basic amenities like Shower gel , Dental Kit. Shower was not working. It was bad experience.

Nice place to stay, near Victoria coach station. Quite condition.
