Reviews of Aspen Hotel

The room was very spacious and clean. Everyday they sent someone to clean the room and make your bed. One of the biggest downside is that at night, the windows don’t cut out the noise. So sometimes it’s hard to sleep because there’s so much noise. Plus the wifi is bad. But apart from that it’s a very good hotel with a nice staff.

Rooms were clean and spacious. We have 2 teenage children who need separate bedrooms, so was ideal for us. Kitchen with all amenities. We were there for a couple of nights and the towels were changed daily. Didn’t get any noise disturbance from neighbouring apartments. Could faintly hear the street noise, but not enough to bother us. Location 10 min walk from Paddington Station. The 2 streets that the apartments are between have Ask Italian restaurant, Bella Italia, McDonald’s etc. Car parking on sight, although it was booked in advance to secure a parking space. We would definitely use these apartments again if we stay in London another time.

Very helpful and friendly staff helped went above and beyond for me! Had an issue with the booking system (not their fault) and they were able to completely sort it out for me straight away! Ten out of ten would recommend as convenient stay in a great place

To start off with when I arrived at the hotel in one corner of the car park. I noticed Old beds, bits of wardrobe glass windows. It just didn’t look very nice glass bottles on the floor smashed then we entered reception to where we was greeted by a very friendly man on reception also in reception was a big table with about 10 young adults all on laptops there was also two security men sat at the side of the door. I think the hotel was quite full on one side was the apartment where we stayed where you had to have a separate key to get in that side of the hotel as well as a key for your door on the other side of the hotel I think maybe people who needed temporary housing there was a lot of children playing football in the car park. I noticed the ball bouncing off some of the cars. I’m just glad I’ve parked my car elsewhere for the room, it was clean when we got in there all the windows were open and it was freezing so we shut them straight away. The radiators worked sometimes then didn’t and at night because the windows were that old and didn’t seal properly you could hear all the traffic all night long which kept my daughter awake all night more or less would definitely not stay there again, knowing what I know now

Good location in Central London. Friendly and helpful staff and well equipped clean rooms. A little noisy from the streets as windows are old and didn’t close properly. No air condition which would be nice in hot summer. We stayed in a family apartment and enjoyed our 7 days stay.

El departamento cómodo salvo la cama ( pequeña y el colchón horrible para la espalda) El personal amable El WIFI no existe, alojarte acá es invertir en datos con tu compañía telefónica No tiene caja de seguridad

Personnel agréable et souriant à la réception. Bon rapport qualité-prix (prix correct pour un appartement assez grand dans le centre de Londres). Emplacement idéal (près du centre, et restos et commerces à proximité). Point négatif: Bruyant le soir (enfants qui jouent dans le square juste à côté).

La posizione é ottimale per raggiungere la stazione di Paddington , la fermata del bus che collega l'aeroporto di Stansted ed é collegato molto bene con la metro verso le zone turistiche più belle e verso il centro di Londra. L'appartamento é accogliente , con ottimo servizio di pulizia quotidiana. Però essendo situato al piano terra i rumori provenienti dalla strada non hanno permesso un buon riposo notturno durante la vacanza .

Había leído los comentarios y estaba un poco a la expectativa pero la experiencia ha sido muy buena. 1. Personal 24 horas, muy amable y guardan las maletas 2. El apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias tanto en las habitaciones como en el baño como en la cocina. 3. Zona muy bien comunicada con las estaciones de Paddington y Lancaster muy cercanas y una serie de autobuses tanto para el centro como para ir a Camden 4. Cada día limpian la habitación y cambian las toallas 5. Es cierto que en el vestíbulo hay unas mesas grandes y hay personas todo el día pero no afecta al descanso. 6. Al lado hay varios restaurantes y cafeterías para desayunar.
