I have been frequently staying at the Brent Cross Travelodge for the last 11 years. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I feel at home here. Not least, because of the local staff who work hard, acheive spotless cleanlines, and always give you a very friendly welcome. They are wonderful! But Brent Cross Travelodge looked, kind of, much the same as it did when I first started coming here in 2015....Until now! The company has just carried out a substantial refurbishment and, in my opinion, it has been a resounding success. The room decor changes are lovely! Rooms are far more comfortable, and much more inviting. And whilst this has always been a great place to stay, the general feel of the whole hotel has vastly improved. I didn't recognise, but very much appreciate, the fresh new modern Restaurant, which draws you into it. Again a fantastic improvement. As a long term customer I have always praised this particular Travelodge, primarily because of the dedication of the staff. This time I have to add to this. The company have given a completely fresh feel to this hotel and they have made a really good job of it! Top marks.
