St Christopher's Inn Village - London Bridge

During the hottest summer in London, the air conditioning in this hotel broke down. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with staff, no solution was provided; they simply kept making excuses. However, the staff were very patient and always responded to my questions, even though they couldn't resolve the issue. I personally found their responsiveness to be a good point.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside. It's very convenient for getting around. The room arrangement was decent, with a window for good ventilation and curtains for privacy. The breakfast downstairs was quite substantial for £6 per person. There's no kitchen, so getting hot water wasn't very convenient. The toilet closest to my room in the bathroom wasn't working, but there were two others a few meters away. The female dorm has a special access door, which felt very secure. There's also an elevator.
