There were three of us in the room, which was very comfortable, and the extra bed was only 10 pounds. There are many choices for dinner, including steak, which tastes very good! Service is nice. 18 holes of golf + club rental = 31 pounds. It will definitely get dark at 4:30. It is recommended to use colored balls from 4 to 4:30, otherwise you will not be able to find the ball.

Excellent food/restaurant
If still on the menu, the Sea Bass was superb.
Room bit 'tired' - bathroom needed attention & water (heavy rain) dripped in on carpet during the night.
Staff all v helpful & keen to please.
V restful, lovely surrounds.

I always use Coulsdon Manor when visiting my mum. I really like staying there and it is ideal for my needs. The surroundings are lovely a very nice setting. A bit of a reburb needed in some areas, but the rooms are nice and clean decent shower etc. My last visit on Monday, a new Receptionist just arrived was on duty, such a lovely friendly lady who made us feel very welcome

Aged hotel set in large green grounds with lots of large trees - the rooms we have stayed in need some talc but the hotel is an acceptable convenient option and a welcome change from the cheap chain hotels

Check in was fine. Room was very dated, small fan that was provided was broken (oscillating switch had snapped off), two of the 4 lights didn’t work, shower was pretty weak.
